We will be using canvas, Glass bottles (upcycle), poetry, or any medium of art that is helpful in our journey. Art Therapy is all about embarking in a creative process to explore our emotions, where anxiety could be stemming from, and how to resolve or assist in psychological conflicts.” PG-13
